
RAIN : Weather is our biggest challenge, if it happens to be raining during your appointment time it's up to the team leader who are trained to determine if it's safe to work in the rain or not. this is to prevent any unnecessary damage to your property, our equipment, and our team members. Heavy lightning activity may require a reschedule.
ESTIMATES : We're happy to talk about any projects you might be thinking about, as we're licensed and insured for anything that falls under my scope of experience. Estimates are sent through email (the same way as invoices) and will include all details that are discussed, so you can read and verify before accepting the proposal as well as having a record of what was done. Once an estimate is accepted it will be converted into an invoice and will be due by or before the day the job is complete. Some jobs may require a security deposit if there's an excessive supply cost or something related.
LANDSCAPING : When any landscaping or side work is requested an appointment will be needed first to talk about your ideas and come up with our plan, as well as decide on a date. Then an invoice will be sent and can be taken care of any time once your date is locked into the schedule. Pre-paid invoices will have weather priority. Once your transformation is complete we'll ask you to review and make sure everything is perfect before we leave. If you're not home, that's ok too. That's the purpose of our previous appointment, taking notes so we very rarely have any complaints after a job is complete. Sometimes there's unexpected things we can't avoid that may affect your final cost (most common with irrigation), but not to worry, this dosen't require rescheduling.
